Multi-Family Objective Design Standards - Menlo Park
The City of Menlo Park requested consultation on objective design standards for a new residential/mixed-use neighborhood district in the BayFront section of the city near FaceBook and CA-84. Consultation included review of the standards and refinement ideas for building design standards. The city has also requested ongoing review consultation on development proposals in this district, which has included several large multi-family residential or mixed-use projects along with a hotel and a life sciences project. The Menlo Portal project example is shown for reference. Project drawings by Heller-Manus Architects.
